A gentle class with flowing postures, and breath work, attention to alignment and modifications. There will be a few minutes of essential oil education during each class. All enrolled will receive the recordings, which are all good until the end of the month!

Recordings are sent out by 9:00am on Mondays.

Sign up includes: 2 recorded online classes, one 60 minute class, one 30m class ( and an “oldie but goodie” from a prior month)) Monthly sign up only!

Svaroopa yoga is for anyone with limited mobility, illness, or injury, this class is for you. Svaroopa yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga using props to meet your body where it’s at. With support you will get reliable, and effective release of tensions. Class includes a deep guided awareness, gentle yogic breathing and simple adaptable poses. You will notice profound healing and improvements in your overall health and well-being. You can purchase a class card at studio.

Easy Sunday Flow yoga with Melissa

Join Melissa for this gentle yoga flow with breathwork and relaxation. All levels welcome! Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and do what feels best in the moment.


Free Online Shavasana with Margot

Guided Awareness is a conscientiousness-based practice that leads you through all areas of your body, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated while you lay fully supported in Shavasana. Ujjayi pranayama restores your energy and 'fills your tank'  - all in just 15 or 20  mins. This is a free class but you must sign up to Receive the zoom link!


Private Yoga Sessions

Private Sessions are available and will be customized to your needs. These are available in person or a virtual session.


PRICES AND POLICIES FOR CALM STUDIO YOGA     

  • Drop in: $25

  • 5 class pass : $100 -available in Studio

  • 10 class pass $180- available in Studio

  • Private class: $95 per hour, 5 sessions for $425

  • 5 and 10 session passes can be purchased in studio only.

Currently masks are optional.

  • As a boutique wellness center we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all workshops & classes, as space is very limited.

  • We supply bolsters and blankets and have mats, but bring your own if you wish.

  • Please please arrive a few minutes before class begins, to settle in.

  • Please be respectful of our neighbors & other practitioners.

  • Special Yoga & Workshop Classes - check individual listing for cost.
